The transport order allows you to move resources from one nation to another nation within your Empire or your team. There is no cost associated with moving resources, and they will be instantly available in the target nation.

Make sure you communicate with the player that owns the target nation to ensure they have enough storage space to hold the transported resources. Resources that are above the storage capacity of a nation are lost.
